工作职责：

1.Ensures efficient and effective unloading of all containers within required guidelines with contracted unloading services.

2.Provide timely, thorough team member performance feedback and evaluations as well as progressive disciplinary actions when needed.

3.Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns.

4.Lead, train, prioritize and direct work flow and methods for team members.

5.Meet daily requirements of unloading and processing inbound shipments.

6.Addresses logistical problems and furnishes solutions to these issues.

7.Develop daily procedures for warehouse positions / activities.

8.Continuously improve operational performance and efficiency while satisfying both company and customer needs.

9.Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate deliveries.

3.Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results.

4.Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities subject to frequent change.

5.Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.
