工作职责:
1.Assist executive level with drawing up annual business strategies, sales strategies and sales goals; overseas sales management.
2.Achieve annual sales and return goals, realize annual plannings and strategies, ensure the overall sales performance reach its KPI goals, and build a sturdy foundation for the realization of long term objectives.
3.Develop sales management policies, set sales goals, models, strategies, budget and incentive plans according to internal/external changes; and ensure the implements and executions. Improve overall team performance and assist team members reach annual sales goals.
4.Manage the sales team, regulate sales SOPs, host sales meetings, oversees and monitor sales process, improve risk management and provide guidance to the team in a timely manner.
5.Build and maintain clientele, improve customer satisfaction, increase the company’s market share and competitiveness.
6.Submit annual sales report, analyse the market potentials, sales data and costs of existing sales systems and channels. Calculate revenues and profits, provide data support to future business developments.
7.Oversees team training, plan and execute training programs regularly, encourage experience sharing and improve the overall performance of the team.
8.Other tasks assigned by upper management.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English reading, writing and speaking is a must.
2.Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, experience in logistic industry preferred.
3.Team building experience is a must, acquire strong team management and coordination skills.
4.Eagle eye for the marketing, strong ability to adapt, to lead and to expand the market, excellent communication and coordination skills.
5.Motivated and positive team player.
