Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Administrator (Walsall/Cannock/Lichfield)

工作职责:

• To manage inbound and outbound trailers and freight,

• To ensure documentation is recorded accurately and is delivered and arriving safely and on time.

• To hold a good understanding of Import and Export processes, using online systems and a data CRM.

• To work in a Warehouse environment and solely responsible for managing the communication with the corresponding depot, checking stock and ensuring the correct freight is loaded.

• To label products and ensure product data is currently recorded.

• To liaise with customers and stakeholders including warehouse staff, agency

workers, drivers and external partners.

• Have previous warehouse and admin experience

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Exceptional organisational skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• A hardworking mindset

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required
