工作职责：

1.Clear goods through customs

2.Request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents

3.Determine and track duties and taxes payable and process payments on behalf of clients when necessary

4.Advise clients on import and export restricts, tariff systems, insurance requirements, quotas or other customer-related matters

5.Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.

6.Provide excellent and timely customer service, under the limited supervision and advice of the department Supervisor or Manager, by proactively informing clients of the status of shipments and referring clients to a higher-level authority when questions are beyond scope of responsibility.

7.Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved processes to management, and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility.

8.Provide input on team performance as assigned.

任职要求：

1.Valid Customs Brokerage License preferred.

2.BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.

3.Strong knowledge and experience with Customs Regulations.

4.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.Stellar team-building, planning, and organizational skills with proven reliability. Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills.

6.Proficiency in Windows programs, specifically Word and Excel.

7.Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
